Time is of the Essence
Inner Balance Day Spa provides full time treatments. Example; when you book an hour massage it is the full 60 minutes not less.
Unfortunately, however, if you arrive late for your appointment and the therapist has someone waiting for his or her next appointment, we will regrettably have to shorten your treatment time by how many minutes you are late.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please give us a courtesy call within 24 hours.
